Approximately:

This is a great place to start for people who are smaller framed or generally sensitive to supplements.

4800 mg Potency

Approximately:

This potency is better suited for people who generally require larger amounts of supplements or prescriptions before noticing a difference.

Each 1 oz bottle contains approximately 1200 drops of oil.

💧 Understanding the Dropper

Your dropper is marked at:

.25 ml
.5 ml
.75 ml
1 ml

Each .25 ml contains approximately 10 drops of oil.

That means a full 1 ml dropper contains approximately 40 drops.

✨ How Much Should I Take?

If you are under 150 lbs. or generally sensitive to supplements:

Start with ¼ dropper of the 2400 mg potency twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart.

If you are not noticing improvement after 3 to 4 days, gradually increase the amount every few days until you reach an amount your body responds to and you find the relief you are looking for.

If you are over 150 lbs. or generally require higher amounts of supplements or prescriptions:

Start with the 4800 mg potency.

Take ¼ dropper twice daily for the first 3 to 4 days.

From there, gradually increase the amount every few days until you reach an amount your body recognizes and you find relief.

👨👩👧 For Children

For children, start with the 2400 mg potency and use 1 drop of oil per 10 lbs. of body weight.

For example:

A 60 lb. child would take 6 drops of the 2400 mg potency twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart.
