I used to take the CBD gelcaps, but when those were no longer available, I had to find something else for my inflammation, joint, back, and hip pain. Due to various medical conditions I could not take the capsule CBD with the Curcumin nor could I take the capsule with the mushrooms. I tried the CBD Oil, but that the last thing I want to taste in the morning. I wasn't really into eating a gummy in the morning either.
