Recommended dosing: These gummies are strong and are not recommended for those new to THC as the effects could be overwhelming. Starting dose would be ¼ of a gummy taken 90 minutes prior to bed-time. After waiting 90 minutes if desired level of sleepiness is not achieved, add another ¼ and wait another 90 minutes. This processes will only be required until you determine how much of the gummy is needed to help you sleep well and feel rested in the morning.
